Arc DBA Consulting, formerly New DBA Solutions, is a technology services company founded in 2008 offering remote and onsite Oracle database administration (DBA) and Oracle system infrastructure consulting and training. Our Oracle DBAs and infrastructure engineers provide cutting-edge solutions to our customers’ most difficult IT challenges. Our DBAs are distinguished by their in-depth knowledge of the entire Oracle infrastructure stack -- not just the database layer. They can isolate an IT issue to a particular tier and if needed, bring in one of our infrastructure specialists to fix the issue. You can also rely on these infrastructure specialists for any project or staffing requirements.

Oracle Apps DBA Services

Arc DBA Consulting specializes in providing senior Oracle Applications DBA services for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Oracle Hyperion, Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI), and Oracle Data Integrator (ODI). We install, upgrade, migrate, maintain and tune the database specifically for these applications, manage the respective application servers, and as Oracle EBS DBAs administer the entire EBS technology stack.

Oracle DBA Services

Our Oracle DBAs are experts with the latest releases of Oracle database and its core technologies, including GoldenGate, OEM Cloud Control with all Management Packs, Data Guard, RAC, Exadata, and RMAN. We architect, implement, upgrade, secure, tune, troubleshoot, and maintain these products for customers in engagements of all sizes and complexities, drawing on our collective experience and best practices.

Infrastructure Services

Our Oracle DBAs are enterprise architects who can isolate problems to the affected tier and often fix them. But for troubleshooting requiring more expertise with a particular tier, we also have senior system, virtualization, network and storage engineers who can help the customer resolve the problem with that tier. Each is certified with one or more major vendors’ products, and they collectively support all major vendors. You can also rely on our infrastructure engineers for any project or staffing needs.
